Overview

For adults who have lawfully and continuously resided in Kenya for at least 7 years and meet statutory conditions.

Requirements

Seven years of lawful residence, residence during the preceding 12 months, knowledge of Kenya and citizens' rights/duties, and ability to speak Kiswahili or a recognised local dialect.

Documents

Form 10, passport photos, questionnaire, permits held over the previous 7 years, Certificate of Good Conduct, evidence of contribution to national development, bank statement, passport copy, Declaration Concerning Residence (Form N), oath of allegiance, police clearance certificate.
