Category A: Former Kenyan Citizens

Overview

For people who were Kenyan citizens by birth but renounced or lost that citizenship and cannot hold dual nationality under their new country's laws; their spouses and children may also qualify.

Requirements

Proof of former Kenyan citizenship and of its loss or renunciation.

Form 23, Category A questionnaire, passport, passport photos, evidence of former citizenship and its loss, police clearance where applicable, supporting documents for qualifying spouse/children.
