Category B: Lawful Residents / Work Permit Holders

Overview

For individuals who have held a Kenyan work permit for at least 7 years and been continuously resident for the 3 years immediately preceding the application; spouses and children may also qualify.

Requirements

Seven years holding a work permit plus 3 years of continuous residence immediately before applying.

Application letter, Form 23, Category B questionnaire, Residence Status Form, passport, Alien Card, police clearance certificate, permits held, marriage/birth certificates for qualifying dependants.
