Overview

For foreign spouses of Kenyan citizens married for at least 3 years.

Requirements

A genuine marriage of at least 3 years to a Kenyan citizen.

Application letter, Form 23, Category D questionnaire, Residence Status Form, marriage certificate, both spouses' identification documents, work permit/dependant pass where applicable, Alien Card, police clearance certificate.
