For individuals engaging in mineral prospecting or mining in Kenya, alone or in partnership, where the activity benefits the country.

Applicant must hold the necessary prospecting/mining right or licence, sufficient capital (minimum USD 100,000), and demonstrate benefit to Kenya.

Signed cover letter, biopage, passport photos, mining/prospecting licence, proof of funds, Tax Compliance Certificate.
