For citizens of EAC member states intending to reside, work, trade, or practise a profession in Kenya, where their presence benefits the country.

Requirements

Valid EAC nationality and, depending on activity, proof of investment, land ownership, income source, or professional qualifications.

Passport photo, biodata page, cover letter, relevant category-specific documents (For investors: investment proof; For missionaries: religious society letters), Tax Compliance Certificate.
